The Sägenhallen once housed Austria’s largest weaving mill. They featured their own workshops and training facilities, accommodating nearly 1,000 employees and up to 120 apprentices at a time. Experiencing this space while knowing its story is far from over—that something new is emerging and life is returning to these quiet halls—is truly extraordinary.
Meter by meter, we are transforming the halls and their history into a vibrant hub for innovation, creative industries, art, and culture.
We are well on our way, the transformation is inspiring, and we invite you to experience the current progress during our public tours.
For this, we have set up special construction site tours together with the architecture firm JK&P and Kaufmann B Construction Management. In addition, there are regular CampusVührungen across the grounds, including a visit to our tenants—the CampusVäre pioneers. Join us—the tours are completely free of charge!
